This is a good video to help total beginners using things around the house. In 7 minutes you can have a complete beginner bodyweight workout that works legs, core, back and shoulders.
It also has practical ideas to help if your wrists are not that strong or if a movement is too difficult – example doing pushups from the knees.
There is a shoulder workout from 5:32 which requires some equipment – skip that if that looks too hard. However you may well find a way to do that using some low bars in the local park
