Mike Whitfield lost 105 pounds doing bodyweight. This video is part 1 of his tribute of 105 exercises he used as part of his program.

While the gurus may not like some of detail in the techniques, you will recognise yourself in the early stages of your bodyweight journey.

You can do these exercises with literally no equipment. Take push ups to a new level with Spiderman pushups or climb mountains while you do pushups at 1:00. Squats are my favourite as you can do them every time you get up off a chair.
